YEDI understands the importance of being prepared for change, as an ingredient to build a sustainable organization and scale up our activities and programs which are targeted at educating, empowering, and inspiring youth and community development across Nigeria.
That was why the team was delighted to participate in the Change Management training facilitated by DAI.
For three days, we had the opportunity to extensively dissect our operations and how to align with occurring changes, and we are happy to note that the YEDI’s team left no stone unturned to continue our organization’s giant strides to positively impact adolescents in Nigeria.
