On March 26th, 2024, YEDI’s ED, Adeoye Oluwatomisin joined other partners on the USAID YPE4AH Project in a visit to the Hon. Commissioner of the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development (MYSD), Hon. Commissioner Mobolaji Ogunlende.
The visit, led by YPE4AH Chief of Party, Mrs. Boladale Akin-Kolapo, FAPH, was organized to discuss the YPE4AH project’s sustainability plans and strengthen collaboration between the ministry and the project team.
Reacting to his visitors, the Commissioner expressed his confidence in the real impact the YPE4AH project is making on the beneficiaries, seeking his “ministry’s greater involvement in the project such that the young beneficiaries get greater support.”
Other dignitaries at the meeting were the Permanent Secretary of the MYSD, Pharm. (Mrs.) Toyin Oke-Osanyintolu, the Director of Youth Development, the Assistant Director of Social Development, and YPE4AH adolescent beneficiaries.
