Rolake Rosiji

ROLAKE ROSIJI is the Regional Director Seedstars and once served as the CEO of Jobberman Nigeria, Nigeria’s leading recruitment platform. She has 10 years’ experience in strategic and operational management positions in businesses in Renewable Energy, FMCG and Management Consulting sectors. She has advanced through a series of international level promotions and led multi-disciplinary teams in Nigeria, UK, USA, Denmark and across West Africa. Prior to that, she was Head of Strategy at Arla Foods Africa where she managed large scale expansion projects across West Africa developing distribution channels and milk powder production centres with partners like Tolaram and Agroline.

Rolake has a proven track record of business expansion projects, digital and technical transformation and executing strategic partnerships. She also serves on the EXCO of the Renewable Energy Association of Nigeria. She has a Masters in Development Management from London School of Economics, a BA Hons in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Durham University. She also had Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Stanford Business School and is a graduate of the McKinsey Executive Leadership Programme.
