To create awareness, sensitize the public and commemorate this 2023 World AIDS Day, YEDI joined the Lagos state Ministry of Health, affiliated parastatals, agencies, international partners, and other non-governmental organizations to stage a roadshow in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
The lively event which kicked off and climaxed at the State’s Secretariat educated and informed Lagos residents about this year’s World AIDS Day (WAD) and the importance of collectively ending HIV/AIDS in Nigeria.
The YEDI team was led by its Executive Director, Tomisin Adeoye, also presented were Lagos Commissioner of Youth and Social Development, Mobolaji Ogunlende, senior officials from the Lagos Ministry of Health, Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA), amongst others.
