YEDI as part of its commitment to the health and development of adolescents well-being provided support for the sexual and reproductive health outreach event organized by the Executive Chairmen of Mosan Okunola and Ikotun LCDAs, alongside Mercy Corps in collaboration with the Lagos State Primary Healthcare Board and other non governmental organizations.
The event covered topics such as gender-based violence, substance abuse, peer pressure, and STI prevention, all of which were able to address adolescents concerns.
Young people from across these LCDAs participated in the event which served to provide them knowledge and techniques to navigate difficult situations and make meaningful decisions about their health and well-being.
